Pink Footed Geese breed colonially in Central Iceland, then come to the UK in September to escape the harsh northern winter. Scotland is first landfall for many before moving south into Lancashire and then onward to Norfolk. October sees the beginning of the sugarbeet harvest here and it is the shredded green tops of the beet which provide a very important food resource througout the winter.
About the Prints
Prints are produced using the highest quality Hahnmuehle photo rag paper and Epson K3 inks; this combination produces an outstanding Giclee image. The Panoramics are printed by the traditional chemical process using Fuji Crystal Archive papers.
